OVERVIEW

We are a husband and wife team that begin about 8 years ago to build a real estate portfolio in the Greater Seattle area in King County. We formed P&H Real Estate Solutions, LLC, about 5 years ago, to provide a strong property management experience across all of our rental properties, and to provide us the framework to continue to grow our business. Hong has a PhD in electrical engineering, and is an accomplished researcher and developer of high tech products with multiple patents and publications; She is putting her skills to new use full time in our real estate business since 2011. Phil is an engineer and project manager, and has been focusing on P&H Real Estate Solutions full time for the past 3 years, and is now also a Washington state licensed Real Estate Broker. We firmly believe that one should love what they do, and do what they love — and we absolutely love the business we are in. We find it incredibly rewarding to make a house beautiful, and then sell or rent it to a family who loves to live there. And that’s our goal, to provide housing that people love.
